If you had an issue with one of our riders you would like to let us know about, please provide us with the following details in an email to [email protected]:
  • a short description of the incident;
  • location of the incident (town/city and street);
  • time and date of the incident (the more specific, the better);
  • whether this was a Cyclist, Scooter or Cargo Bike; and
  • anything else that can help us to identify the rider.
We will investigate the matter and a member of our team will reach out to you.
We are working on a returns system that is as convenient as our delivery system. Meanwhile, returns will be handled according to the specific policies of each brand/store. You can view your different payment methods by going in to your account section and selecting payment methods. If you wish to add a new payment method, you can do this when paying for your items in your basket.
You can change your delivery address by going into your account section. Here you will be able to see and change your personal details. This also includes payment methods and saved addresses.
You can manage your subscription by going to your account. Here you will be able to see the details of your chosen subscription.
The NIFT subscription allows customers pay a monthly fee of £23.99 to receive 4 free deliveries a month or an annual fee of £149.99 to receive 5 free deliveries a month for 12 months. Sign up for a NIFT subscription to save money on deliveries!
We ask that all customers are ready for their delivery riders arrival but in the rare case that you think you’re not going to be at your location at the time your delivery is estimated to be delivered then please contact us at [email protected].

  If nobody answers the door at the delivery address, the rider will always try to contact you. The NIFT team will also try to contact you if the rider can’t get hold of you. 

  If we can’t contact you, you will be charged a fee for your order so please keep an eye on your messages and phone to prevent this from happening.
We aim to make all of our deliveries in under 90 minutes, however, we understand that sometimes things can occur which is out of the riders control. Where we can, the NIFT team will always try to contact you to update you if your item isn’t going to be delivered within the estimated time and we will work hard to ensure your item gets delivered as safely and as quickly as possible.
