The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Financial Data – the bank account details, payment method and card association used to process payments for your orders. We do not store or process your bank account details and card details ourselves, they are processed and stored via one of our contracted third party service providers.

  • Marketing and Communications Data – this includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.
  • Third Party Login Data – We provide you with the option to register with Apple and Google. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information.

If you fail to provide accurate, complete or relevant personal data, we may be required to cancel your order and delete all data from our database.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You are required to register to the NIFT app in order to make full use of the NIFT services.
  • We process your information based on legitimate business interests, the fulfilment of orders, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
  • We use your personal information to fulfil and manage any orders and payments in connection with the NIFT app and administer and manage your account.
